Repair Service Options

Off-Site Service

Take advantage of our environmentally controlled service center, which for major repairs, eliminates certain hazardous conditions, clutter, and noise associated with onsite service. Our service team will pick up your unit for repair, test it and return it to you when the work is completed. This option has been proven to reduce repair costs and maximize repair quality.

Loaner Freezers

Ultra Low Temp Freezer Loaner Program

The company has several ultra low temp freezers, which can be loaned to you while your unit is being serviced. The units can be loaned by the day, week, or month according to your specific needs. Units are delivered to your site pre-cooled for minimum amount of pull-down time.

Preventive Maintenance

We offer comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Plans to reduce premature equipment failure. Our technicians use NIST traceable meters during our comprehensive inspection. After the inspection is complete, we leave a copy of the inspection checklist and post calibration stickers on each unit. We would be happy to customize a plan for you today.
